We understand that shopping online can be tricky. You love the item you're looking at, but you want just a little more detail. Is that a zipper or a button? We know we don't have an answer for everything, but we are happy to answer your questions, discuss your choices and help you find the perfect item.

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction, not making the sale. We don't want to waste your time or receive unnecessary returns--we only want you to be happy with your purchase and start a lasting relationship with us (and the designer you now swear by!).

The best way to reach us is by email. We check email all day, every day, but with less frequency over the weekend. If you catch us very late or on a weekend, we will get back to you the next day.
